Back in November of 2021, we began recording a series of podcasts that described the ongoing dispute between the FCC and the FAA over the use of C-Band spectrum to deliver new 5G services.  Much has changed since we first warned about the consequences of this issue but, unfortunately, there are still unresolved matters that could have a major impact on both the communication and aviation industries.
