Sara Crifasi is an associate at Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby, LLP.  She has experience working with regulatory, policy, transactional, and litigation issues in the communications, intellectual property, media, and technology industries.  Sara has represented telecommunications users in matters concerning federal and state policy development and regulatory compliance, and has particular experience in privacy and consumer-based issues.  She has represented users in negotiating and drafting a variety of telecommunications services transactions.

Sara joined LB3 after practicing at a large Washington, D.C. law firm in the telecommunications, technology and media group.  She also previously worked as a legal fellow at the Federal Communications Commission in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau.  While in law school, she served as Production Editor of the Journal of Law, Technology, and the Internet, worked in EMI Music - Capitol Records' Business and Legal Affairs Department, and received the Federal Communications Bar Association Scholarship and the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property.
